Your form will be acknowledged within 72 hours by email. On Friday, 27 September 2002 call 919 493-8085 to make your sitting appointment. You will be given a 30-minute appointment on a specified date and time during your telephone call.

At your sitting, I will take 3 pictures only. A sitting is for 1 or 2 persons on the set at a time. You may register up to 5 persons per household. Your color portraits will be printed on 4x5 photographic paper. I will mail 1, 2 or 3 color prints to you within 4 weeks after your sitting.

If you do not hear from me within 4 weeks after your sitting send your inquiry by email to me.
